Test first
The visit starts with the water test, before anything is disturbed: chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer and salt where relevant. The readings decide the chemical dose at the end.
Net, brush, vacuum
The surface is netted, then walls, steps and the tile line are brushed so the filter can catch what comes off. On the Full plan the floor is vacuumed. On Partial, the technician skips netting and vacuuming; you handle those.
Baskets and equipment
Skimmer, pump and cleaner baskets are emptied. Pump, filter pressure, cleaner, timer and any visible leaks are checked, and the filter is backwashed if the pressure calls for it.
Chemicals last
Chlorine, acid or other adjustments go in after cleaning so nothing is skimmed back out. Chemicals are included in the plan.
The report
A dated photo of the pool and the readings are posted to your account within minutes, and a note is added if something needs attention, such as a filter cleaning coming due.
Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. The technician needs access to the pool and the equipment pad; gate codes and dog notes are saved at checkout.
What day will my visit be?
You get a fixed weekday based on your route; it is confirmed after booking and stays the same.
