Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists the ones this site uses, what each is for and how to control them. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not allow third parties to track you across other websites from here.
Strictly necessary
These make the site work. They cannot be switched off without breaking booking or login, and they are set only when you actually use those features.
- WooCommerce session and cart cookies (
woocommerce_cart_hash,woocommerce_items_in_cart,wp_woocommerce_session_*) remember the quote and plan you are booking while you move through checkout. They last for the session or up to two days. - WordPress login cookies (
wordpress_logged_in_*) keep you signed in to your account. They last until you log out, or up to 14 days if you choose to stay signed in. - Stripe cookies (
__stripe_mid,__stripe_sid) are set on the checkout step for fraud prevention. Stripe uses them to tell a real customer from an automated attack. They last 30 minutes and one year respectively. - Caching cookies set by our host to serve the correct version of a page.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and service areas people use. It is configured to measure aggregate traffic, not to build advertising profiles, and we do not run Google Ads remarketing from this site.
_gaand_ga_*distinguish one browser from another so a repeat visit is not counted twice. They last up to two years.
You can opt out in three ways: install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, turn on “Do Not Track” or a tracking-protection setting in your browser, or block cookies for this site as described below. None of this affects your ability to get a price or book service.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No cross-site profiling, and no sale or sharing of personal information for advertising.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you see, block or delete cookies, usually under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking all cookies will stop checkout and login from working, because the site cannot remember your quote or your session. Blocking third-party cookies only will not break anything here.
