When am I charged?

What if my pool is green right now?
Pick “Green or cloudy” in the quote. We add a one-time reset ($300) before weekly service begins — and it never goes green again on our watch.
Is it the same technician every week?
Yes. You get one assigned technician and a consistent visit day. You can message them from your account.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account under Subscriptions, with no fee. Your visits carry on to the end of the month you have already paid for, and your card is not charged again.
