What the $99 flyer usually leaves out
Chemicals (“chemicals extra” adds $40–$80 a month in summer). Frequency (bi-weekly visits mean algae between visits in July). Brushing (skimming without brushing is how mustard algae starts). Proof (no photo, no readings, no way to know whether anyone came).
Four questions to ask
Are chemicals included, all of them? Is it the same technician every week? What do I get after each visit? What happens if my pool turns green between visits? If the answers are vague, the real price is higher than the flyer.

Do you charge for the first visit?
Your first month is charged when you book; there is no separate setup fee for a clear pool. Green pools get a one-time $300 reset first.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel anytime from your account and your last visit is prorated.
